strategic objectives. Ensuring that the academy’s goals align with its core values and mission.

Governance and Oversight:

Monitoring the academy’s performance and ensuring accountability. Establishing and upholding policies and procedures to ensure effective governance.

Financial Management:

Overseeing the academy’s financial health, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial matters.

Community Engagement:

 Promoting the academy’s values and mission within the community. Building partnerships with local organizations, schools, and stakeholders to enhance the academy’s impact.

Program Evaluation and Improvement:

Evaluating the effectiveness of the academy’s programs and initiatives. Providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
